The resort is named after Martin Quinn, an Irish immigrant and miner. During mining transports along the river in the early 1880s, he noticed bands of Native Americans gathering near a steamy mountainside outcrop. After further exploration, he began to build the residence, bathhouses and sleeping accommodations that laid foundation for the resort we enjoy today.

What time is check-in and check-out?
We offer three 4-hour day use swim sessions; Morning (8a-Noon), Midday (Noon-4p), and Evening (4-8p.) The session you’ve reserved will determine the start and end times. To get the most of your day use swim session, we recommend that you arrive up to a half hour prior to your session start time so that you can check in, shower and change beforehand. You may arrive anytime within the 4-hour time period of your session, but you will need to exit the pools once the session you’ve reserved ends.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your reservation if done by midnight, 3 days prior to your reserved session date. If cancelled after midnight, 3 days prior to the reserved session date, the reservation is 100% non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date. If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to cancel, your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date. Large swim party reservations of 9/more guests carry a separate cancellation policy that states they must be paid in full at the time of booking, are completely non refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.
Following are the terms and conditions of reserving a day use swim session at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and we therefore recommend that you check them each time you book.
Regardless of your method of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your reservation and a deposit for the full amount of your day use swim session reservation will be charged at midnight, 3 days prior to your check in date. If you use a gift card to pay for any amount of your reservation, the funds will be deducted immediately and at the time of booking. Any amount that is still due after the gift card funds have been deducted will be charged to the credit card submitted during the booking process and at midnight, 3 days prior to the reservation. Quinn's Hot Springs Resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover to secure a reservation. The expiry date of your card must be later than the date of departure of your reservation. You must ensure that the information you have provided while making your reservation is accurate before you confirm your reservation. If you think you have made a mistake or you need to amend any details in a reservation, please contact us to discuss this.

From time to time, there may be extenuating circumstances which mean we need to cancel your reservation. This would be a time where the resort is unable to accommodate people, for example, in the case of: flooding, fire, water shortage or emergency evacuation. Should this type of incident occur, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.
